The following description describes the behavior of snom phones as of firmware version 6. If there are additional held calls active, the multiple call procedure must be applied. When there is only on call eligible for transfer, there is an alternative blind transfer procedure.
It is a simplified version of the multiple call procedure and requires the following option to be enabled:.
